Sabre Suite of products - In addition to our online booking system, Sabre Online, APX have a number of Sabre products to ensure our travellers are well informed from the moment they depart to the moment they return. 'Virtually There' (see online tools under Travel Tools and Links) allows for comprehensive destination information, up to the minute flight itineraries and much more to be uploaded by the traveller directly into their mobile device or outlook calendar.
Executive Desk - APX have a highly successful and established Executive Desk service. Our Executive Desk is offered by invitation only to your most senior travellers at a CEO, Board or Director level. The experienced consultants who provide this service extend beyond your business travel needs and facilitate meeting room requests, restaurant reservations, limousine transfers in addition to leisure and family travel.
APX Hotel Programme - The Amex global hotel programme is available in 124 counties and over 12,500 hotels. We ensure that your travellers can access the best available rate at any hotel within our global programme. Locally, your Dedicated Account Manager will facilitate the negotiation of third party suppliers through a formal review process to compliment the Amex Global programme.
Highly proactive Account Management - It is essential that our Account Management team are valued for their knowledge of the industry, ability to analyse travel expenditure and proactive willingness to manage the negotiation of preferred suppliers. Our Account Management team are highly solution focussed and will deliver significant value to the relationship APX hold with your business. Their role often includes facilitating regular travel booker forums and training for our online system.
Suite of Payment Solutions - APX offer a range of payment solutions to our customers. Monthly consolidated invoicing is provided through APX SmartBill, and our association with American Express also allows for a cost effective solution with the Amex BTA programme. In addition to our alliance with Amex we work closely with all other major corporate card providers to supply enriched travel data. This ensures your travellers and your finance team have detailed transactional information allowing for the seamless payment and reconciliation of all T&E Expenditure.
Meaningful Reporting – We are continually evolving our management reporting suite. APX compare our reporting capabilities with those provided to our global customers to determine areas for improvement or consolidation. A general trend towards dashboard reporting is evident through our benchmarking reports provided at on a monthly or quarterly basis. Our MIR team are closely involved with our customer to ensure our reports meet the ongoing needs of your business.
